Carvitals is a personal vehicle maintenance tracker. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account code and PIN confidential. Anyone with your account code can access your data, so treat it like a password.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be canceled at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your data

Maintenance records, vehicle details, and service logs you enter are yours. You can delete your account at any time, which permanently removes this data.

Text messaging

If you opt in to SMS two-factor authentication or the text alerts add-on, your use of that program is governed by our Text Message Policy, which covers message frequency, opt-out, and carrier terms.

No warranty

Carvitals provides reminders and estimates as a convenience — it's not a substitute for your vehicle's owner's manual or a qualified mechanic's judgment. We're not liable for missed maintenance or vehicle damage.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
